Systems Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer

As a RoviSys Engineer you will work with a talented group of people using the latest technologies to provide innovative solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for design implementation and configuration of automation systems. Our engineers have the opportunity to travel to our customers’ facilities to provide training and system start up support. RoviSys engineering projects range from product test stands to plant wide integrated automation systems controlling every aspect of a process manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and a strong orientation to serving our customers.

Description:

• Design and develop automation systems
• Design and develop low to medium voltage plant electrical systems
• Work in team environment with engineers and designers from RoviSys, partners and clients
• May grow into position leading a team of engineers and technicians to provide automation systems

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Chemical Engineering
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects
• US Citizen or permanent US resident

Additional Qualifications (desired):

• Manufacturing process knowledge
• Co-op experience
• Programmable Logic Controller and Distributed Control System experience
