The most valuable asset at RoviSys is our excellent
staff. Each of our nearly 160 employees have developed application experience
in the industries we serve. We spend considerable time hiring, developing,
and retaining personnel. Our team has an average experience of over 10
years in process controls. The RoviSys employee attrition rate has been
extremely low since our founding, allowing our clients to benefit from
a consistent high quality organization. Over 90% of our staff are degreed
engineers, validating our focus on information and system integration.
