Melting controls for glass production

RoviSys has successfully completed more than 100 hot-end control system projects domestically and internationally. We have engineered control systems for gas/oxy, gas/combustion air fired regenerative and electrically heated tank control applications. RoviSys has designed and implemented advanced control schemes using tank temperature(s) as the process variable versus gas flow(s).

Our control system applications include multiple batch charger feed systems, refiner controls (nuclear and electro/mechanical level control), tin bath/lehr and forehearth/distributor controls (cooling, wind and pressure control).
