A major Midwestern petroleum pipeline operator wanted to streamline automation upgrade implementation and long-term maintenance costs. To meet their needs, RoviSys developed company-wide PLC standards and a code library.

Remote monitoring

One of the nation’s largest pipeline companies contracted RoviSys to design and implement a remote customer user interface.

The interface provides product batch and alarm conditions to the pipeline company’s shipper terminals. RoviSys implemented a radio modem design and worked with each shipper to establish the electrical and mechanical construction requirements.
